The Real Wealth Australia Property Mentoring Program is a unique learning experience that will take you on a journey from novice to expert investor with successful investors and other like-minded students. Month #2: Setting Yourself Up…
Your second session will reveal how to set yourself up the right way from the beginning. Making sure your assets are protected and you are legally minimising your tax are critically important factors to your long term success. Month #3: Buying Right…
Your third session teaches you how to perform the necessary due diligence that’s really required before you ever sign on the dotted line. WE show you how to find quality, high performing properties that suit your investment strategy, how and where to find cashflow positive properties and more.
Month #4: Risk Mitigation…
Your fourth class shows you how to minimise the risk when you invest, will link you up with potential joint venture partners amongst your classmates. We will personally go through every fear you have about investing and show you how to lower or even eliminate the risk in each and every case.
Month #5: Property Management…
By now, many of our students have already purchased property as a direct result of what they have learned over the past few months. Your fifth class teaches you all you need to know about property management and how to select the right property manager to look after your investment.
Month #6: Creating Equity…
Your sixth and final monthly class shows you how to get maximum leverage from your existing assets by legally minimising tax and expenditure and getting the most of the equity you do have and using it to create more and more equity.
Once you’ve completed your classroom learning, the next six months of the course are very exciting, because you’ll be out there buying property and actively investing! And, you won’t be on your own.
